Office Assistant Office Assistants welcome people and give assistance at the front. They also help answer phones, check voicemail, and return calls, schedules appointments for shopping, help with filing, data entry, and other special projects as needed. Must be comfortable working with Google Suite (sheets, docs, gmail, google drive, etc.) (BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH PREFERRED)

Retail Floor Assistant Volunteer retail assistants keep our retail floors looking in tip-top shape, including straightening out the clothing racks, organizing & restocking empty shelves/racks, refilling the indoor & outdoor Food Pantry and Rainbow Pantry, organizing and setup of seasonal displays, pulling hangers from racks, working on special projects, etc. You will also interact directly with patrons, help answer questions and be a kind presence on the floor.

Sorter Donation sorters help keep our backroom processes efficient. This volunteer position works in our back sorting room, the volunteer will be expected to accept donations & give receipts (as needed) during open hours, and to help sort donations for clean, usable items and to put them out onto the floor. We need volunteers who can spot hidden gems, trendy pieces, vintage finds and quality items!

Center Cleaner There is no task too great or too small! Vina Moses Center strives to keep our Center clean and free from funny smells and dirty donations, both inside and out! Center cleaners will help clean and organize both the inside and outside of the center, including breaking down boxes, picking up trash around the Center, vacuuming, clearing any debris from the outside of the Center, dusting, and special projects as needed.
