Help SUpport the Success of Benton County Youth!

All year long kids can choose clothes at Vina’s Free Thrift Store, so donating your pre-loved extras goes a long way to help growing kids! Every August, though, we turn up the love and host Vina’s Back to School Days. These special giveaway events in Corvallis, Alsea, and Monroe ensure nearly 900 kids get the things they need before classes start. And kids get to choose their own stuff!

August 6 in Monroe

August 10–28 in Corvallis

Enrollment is required. Please call 541-753-1420 during business hours to enroll. K-12 students who live in or attend school in Benton County are eligible.

What you can do:

Clean you closets and donate gently used kids’ items: pants, shirts, shoes, jackets, coats of all sizes

Host a donation drive: collect items kids need like hairbrushes, razors, period care, lunchboxes and more

Donate money and make a difference. Vina Moses has access to buying brand new shoes at a quarter of the cost! So your financial contribution during Vina’s Back to School Day’s can go to putting high quality, news shoes on kids before the school year starts. And the best part is, they get to choose which pair and style they want, giving them that next level of confidence to step into the new year!

Sign up to volunteer during Vina’s Back to School. We have shifts starting in mid-July, running through early September. Give a couple hours, an entire day, or more!

Vina’s Back to School Days is one of our most important annual programs, and it takes our entire community - staff, volunteers, donors, and supporters - to make it possible. We can't provide this event without your help.
