Vina Moses Annual Benefit Sale!

Every July the weekend of DaVinci Days in Corvallis, Vina Moses has a weekend long benefit sale of antiques, collectibles, specialty items and the just plain curious. Our sale items come from you. If you have some items you have just collecting dust remember that a donation is to Vina Moses is not only tax deductible, it raises much needed dollars which we put to good use helping local people and families.
If you would like to donate an item for the sale please bring donate to the back door of the Vina Moses Center on Garfield St. and tell us it's for "the sale". We'll be more than happy to write you an itemized receipt for all of your kind donations. We ask that if you have a large item for the sale to please hold on to it until just before the sale if at all possible. That helps us greatly due to our chronic shortage of storage space.

Of course putting on such a sale requires a great deal of coordination, organizing, and and old fashioned sweat. In short, the help of many many volunteers. We need cashiers, people on the floor to assist customers, people to set up and close down the sale. People with vehicles to bring the items for sale from the storage facility and also packers so nothing will get damaged in the move.

This years sale was a fantastic success. We had the sale in the old Scamps pet store in the Rite Aid plaza out of the blazing sun, thank goodness. Thanks to the participation of all our wonderful volunteers and our shoppers from the community. Remember your donations and your purchases at our sale go to continuing helping local families receive goods and services from the Vina Moses Center. Donations to the benefit sale are tax deductible.
