We are now preparing for our annual Benefit Sale and our School program. We are back on schedule for our Benefit Sale this year. The sale will be at the First United Methodist Church as usual dates are Friday July 12, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday July 13, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Most items are ½ price on Saturday.
If you have items to donate bring them to the Center and let us know they are for the sale. If you have large items, please take them to the Church July 8-11. If you would like to volunteer please call the Center for times, we will need help July 8-13th. We need volunteers to help pack up remaining items on Saturday, 1:00 pm.
We have already begun preparations for our School Program, August 21– 24. As always, we need children’s sizes 8-14 for girls and boys. Donations of school supplies are also needed. Your contributions made it possible for us to help 900 children prepare for school last year. Sponsor a child will remain $50.00 this year. The Center makes many changes during the week of the School Program so we can use some “muscle” on Monday and Tuesday August 19-20.
